Refunds policy

Since Marchando Spanish offers non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after payment. You agree to this no-refund policy when making payment for your Spanish course.

Cancellations

The only time a particular in-person class may be cancelled is when there is dangerous weather on the roads to and from a class venue (high winds, flooding, snow, ice) or when a teacher is sick. We have to implement this policy to protect the safety of our students and teachers. Teachers will inform students by email of a class cancellation. The cancelled class will instead be conducted via live video conference.
